June 16 (Cointime) - Block, Jack Dorsey's payments company, has launched an open beta program for its self-custodial Bitcoin wallet, Bitkey. The beta includes integrations with Coinbase and CashApp, allowing users to withdraw Bitcoin to the wallet without the need for copy and paste.

The previous beta was only available to Block employees, but the new program is open to the public. The hardware wallet will include basic functions like sending and receiving BTC, and the mobile app will later incorporate 3rd party exchange partners to allow users to buy Bitcoin directly through the app.
